Arzignano is one of the world’s leading furniture leather production centres. It is difficult to compete with leather from Arzignano leather plants for raw materials from Russian origin. By its natural features, the average area of leather obtained from raw materials of Russian origin rarely exceeds 4 square meters. We can offer a large selection of furniture leather with a minimum area of one leather of 4.5 square meters. m., average area – 5.5-6 sq.m. Of course, the highest Italian quality.
LEATHER FOR LEATHER GOODS PRODUCTION
Leather for bags, valets etc is produced from lining, outgrowth, half-leather, sheepskin, goatskin using vegetable and chrome tanning. It must be strong, including with a small thickness, elastic and resistant to mechanical abrasion. From this point of view, it is important to ensure strict adherence to the technological regulations for processing and dyeing. We offer you such leather exclusively drum-through colouring.
SHOE UPPER LEATHER
Genuine leather is the best material for shoe upper. With proper dressing, it retains its natural beauty and elasticity, it breathes, and is highly resistant to adverse environmental factors. The entire development of the shoe industry unequivocally confirms: no other material that tried to replace genuine leather in the manufacture of footwear could not compete with it. LAMINATED LEATHER
Modern leather lamination technologies provide unlimited possibilities for the production of original articles. The designers we work with are constantly developing more and more designs for all sectors that use genuine leather. There is no problem producing laminated leather with your exclusive design when ordering from 500 square meters. m. In this case, we will give legal guarantees for the production of this article exclusively for you.
EMBOSSED LEATHER
In the production of embossed leather, we work with three large factories that have huge collections of embossing matrices. We can offer at least 1000 options for embossing leather, and when ordering more than 500 square meters. m. it will be cost-effective to create a matrix with your exclusive design. Of course, we will assume legal obligations not to use this matrix in the production of leather for other clients.
NUBUCK
Luxurious nubuck with great warm velvet effect. High quality is ensured by strict selection of raw materials of only European origin and very delicate processing technology. Basically, a nubuck with a water-repellent effect in thicknesses of 1.2 – 1.4, 1.4 – 1.6 and 1.6 – 1.8 mm is offered. Shoes made from our nubuck will not be afraid even of the harsh Russian winter.
